This short course on Participatory GIS (PGIS) is part of the various trainings offered by the Centre for Training and Integrated Research in ASAL Development (CETRAD). Each topic in this short course covers important aspects of PGIS ensuring the trainees are well versed and all-round knowledgeable pertain matters of PGIS. The course can further be customized depending on trainees’ requirements and the duration of the course. Additional content will be added to this training based on concrete requests or trainees' backgrounds and expertise.
